For this week's White Wednesday at the fabulous Faded Charm blog I wanted to show you a small collection of vintage shaving mugs. Yes I know, yet another collection, lol, but there was a good reason for this one. I am a soapmaker and have used these shaving mugs in soap photo shoots.
The majority of my shaving mugs are Wade, but this white one is an Ironstone Mason's one, which is of course part of the Wedgwood Group -

I love them, Liz. I'm a HUGE fan of Crabtree & Evelyn. Well, I was until I found Cote Bastide but I can still conjure up the scent of Crabtree soaps.
You've got a blog friend who is a soap freak, that's for sure.
What a wonderful collection, Liz-- seing them, I have my grandfather in my mind- seing him shaving like this :)
Are you warm and cosy,dear?

These are cool, Liz. I've never seen ones like this before. Have you ever seen the mustache tea and coffee mugs?

I love the Mason shaving mug! I have an antique razor that was my Grandfather's, I will have to look for a mug to go with it! What fun!
