I was so tempted to use one of the 7 tags, which I had just made for the Birdsong Tagbook Swap, but that didn't really feel right, so out came the Victorian scraps again and I found one which I had not used previously.
While I was thinking about what background to use for this tag, my eyes fell on a beautiful piece of fabric, which my very dear friend Alexandra had sent me a while ago. The raised design looked like bunches of berries in a tree or shrub and I thought it was perfect for my little birdie to roost on. A bit of lace, a bit of sparkle, a bits of this and that and the tag was taking shape.
I do love bird images and I do love making tags, so making this was a real pleasure -
Gosh, my tag is ready on Tag Tuesday, the actual day. Not late. Wow. I must be desperately trying to avoid housework...........
