Our beautiful world - SEPTEMBER

After yesterday's veeery long self indulgent post, I have a mercifully short one for you today. This week, the prompt over at the Our Beautiful World blog is SEPTEMBER. For me that means cooler nights, shorter days, and a change in colours, smells and textures around us. It also heralds the appearance of little fungi all over the place and pine cones being dropped on my head whenever I stay too long under the pine trees on our property :-). Here are just a couple of photos I took this morning -

Aahh, I always love looking at little treasures, that nature presents us. Like the button-looking mushrooms on the ground :). How I love to sit around the tree bark, wrapped in warm blanket and just waiting for the pine cones to drop!. Thank you for sharing with us @ OBW, this September moments.
