Spring has sprung

Three days of sunshine has obviously had an effect on me, lol, it seems that I have surrounded myself with Spring colours, tender greens and sweet pinks. Of course today we are back to grey skies again, but Spring is still firmly on my mind. I love this silly little Spring poem -

Spring has sprung, the grass has riz
I wonder where them birdies is.
The little bird is on the wing.
But that's absurd!
Because the wing
is on the bird!

I had already sprung into Spring action with the pink little bonbon box, which I showed you here and yesterday I fancied altering a little bottle. I had this little thing on my shelf for quite a while now, and yesterday it finally got a long overdue makeover -

I had some of the sweet little pink French trim left over, so I wound it onto an old wooden cotton reel. Looks so cute!

And while I was still in pink mode, I made a Spring tag as well -

I love sprinkling German glass glitter, especially the PINK one!

And because there is such an abundance of pink in this post, I am linking, for the very first time, to PINK SATURDAY over at How Sweet the Sound. Hundreds of beautiful pink posts to look at, you can't help but drool, lol.

Now I am wondering what else I can Springify.......

Liz I love each and every little creation here. What a beautiful vignette they make.
Spring - tell me, what is that? We had snow falling during the night and some more as I type, although lucky for us, it is not lying on the ground for very long.
Brrrrr!
