Another gift on its way...

... to a lovely person. I am not a very fast worker, lol, I am rapidly falling behind. Ah well, if things don't get done for Christmas, then there is always Valentine's or Easter. Yikes, did I really say that? That really sounds way too laid back. Before I get myself into even more trouble, I'll show you the one thing I managed to get into the post today -

This is a little heart shaped lavender sachet, made with a sweet little angel image printed onto fabric, and surrounded by lots of lovely lace.

No time to chat, sigh. Things to do. Just enough time to link this post to the fabulous White Wednesday link party over at Faded Charm. Lots of lovely whiteness to look at.

What a dear little lacey heart Liz!
I could ply you with heaps of fresh lavender from our garden if you lived just a tad closer.
Loved the idea of the chalk board too in your previous post and everything looked so beautifully wrapped for some very lucky person!
I tend to agree with you - there is always Easter or another occasion - what's with all this rush anyway?
Your friends aren't going anywhere!!!
Love and hugs,
Suzy

Beautiful! But I have one question. Is it completely filled with lavender, or do you use something else to fill it up with? I do have some dried lavender at home, but not enough to fill a whole heart. Could I use padding and then just add a little lavender? Should I then have the lavender in a separate fabric bag inside maybe? :)

Dear Liz, such a beautiful heart, the angel image is wonderful, and you made her live between gorgeous laces , in her lavender home.
Someone will be as happy as I am today :)

How pretty this is, Liz. And I want to thank you again for the surprise gift. I'll be posting about it soon. It's definitely a "curiosity" that will take center stage with my other displays here. Under the tree it sits right now, treasured!

Hugs!
Keep warm!
