What did I achieve today?

Well, not an awful lot in the way of crafting. I have been fardledardling about with scanning little images of fish from a 100 year encyclopaedia, spent ages sorting images on the computer, got hopelessly bogged down trying to tidy my shelves, and the things which I should have been doing are still waiting to be done.

So really, I don't have anything to show for my day, lol. But, I do have some more images for you, which you may be able to use in your art projects. I had planned to post them during our France visit, with scheduled posts, but that failed miserably, lol, as you may remember.

First, a couple of school prize book labels -

Just look at the tiny waist on this lady -

Aaah, a smiley face, thats better

Hopefully, I'll be somewhat more productive tomorrow. I'll leave you with some pics of some more wildflowers, France of course -

  3. Fabulous pics, and I just LOVE the idea of fardledardling, it sounds such fun. Thanks for your comments. I guess money is the thing stopping me being a florist. I don't have enough to set up on my tod, but earn doing what I do to work for someone else.

  6. Hi Lululiz!!
I haven't been over here to see you for awhile because you disappeared from my blog roll....don't know how that happened! Anyway, I need to catch up on what you've been up to.

Are your fingers hurting and eyes crossed from cutting pics from an old dictionary!

I do like the images you are showing today. I'm going to go look around your blog now and see what I have missed.

    hugs

  8. Well I do hope your shelves are looking as neat as a pin now. Should make it easier to find all your important junk, I mean goodies, easier.

  10. Oh my - LOVE this cabinet card... what an unusual dress. Have never seen anything like it before. And you're so right - such a tiny waist!

Your tags are lovely - the blue edges look beautiful with the vintage fish images. That antique dictionary was quite a fabulous find!

  11. Well I have to say it - the lady with the tiny waist reminded me very strongly of Miss Gulch before she becomes the Wicked Witch of the West!
